We are looking for a high-impact Full-Stack Software Engineer to help build, scale, and maintain our core platform features. In this role, you will work across the entire stack—from architecting efficient backend microservices and database schemas to building responsive, intuitive UI components. You will collaborate closely with product management, design, and engineering leadership to deliver scalable software solutions that deliver immediate value to our users.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Feature Development: Design, build, test, and deploy robust full-stack features using modern web frameworks and backend architectures.
  • Frontend Engineering: Develop responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Next.js).
  • Backend Development: Build and maintain scalable RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and server-side logic using Node.js, Python, Go, or Java.
  • Database & Data Architecture: Work with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB, Redis) databases to write optimized queries, migrations, and data models.
  • System Design & Performance: Maintain code quality, continuous integration, unit testing, system stability, and application performance monitoring.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers to turn user feedback and technical requirements into polished product experiences.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of professional software engineering experience building production-grade web applications.
  • Frontend Proficiency: Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript, along with a modern framework (React, Next.js, Vue, or Angular).
  • Backend Proficiency: Experience designing and implementing APIs and server-side applications (Node.js, Express, Python/Django, Go, or Ruby on Rails).
  • Database Knowledge: Solid understanding of relational database management (SQL, PostgreSQL) and caching strategies (Redis).
  • DevOps & Cloud: Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), Docker containers, and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
  • Version Control: Proficient with Git workflows, code reviews, and automated testing tools.
  • Problem Solver: Strong debugging, analytical, and system-design capabilities with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision health coverage
  • Flexible work arrangements (Remote/Hybrid options)
  • Paid time off (PTO) and company holidays
  • 401(k) matching plan
  • Professional development budget for learning, courses, and conferences
