About the Role:As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will rapidly prototype and deliver solutions that combine internally built solutions that also leverage external 3rd party AI services. You will work across frontend and backend, using AI-assisted development to iterate quickly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, is hands on across the stack, and bridges product and engineering to validate fast-start initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Build end-to-end prototypes spanning frontend, backend, and integrations
- Collaborate with Product and Design on rapid experiments
- Transition successful prototypes into production-ready code
- Leverage AI-assisted development to accelerate velocity
- Partner with QA and DevOps to ensure prototypes evolve into stable releases
- Share learnings and best practices across the engineering team
- Experiment with and integrate emerging third-party AI and solution APIs into prototype workflows and solutions
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-stack development expertise
- Proficiency in at least one backend language (e.g. Python, Node.js) and one frontend framework (e.g., React)
- Strong problem-solving skills in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment
- Comfort working with APIs and integrations
- Demonstrated use of AI-assisted tools for coding, prototyping, and overall development workflow automation
