Note: We are recruiting on behalf of our valued client. This opportunity is for a position with their organization, not with People Culture Talent. We're excited to help connect talented professionals with this exceptional team!

The Role

We are seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to join a small, highly skilled team focused on building the infrastructure that enables modern software and AI applications to connect with the core systems businesses rely on. Our team is hiring at multiple levels and encourages candidates ranging from junior to senior to apply. The stack includes Go for the backend, and TypeScript with React for the frontend. Engineers here are responsible for writing their own feature documentation, participating in customer support rotations, and working directly with customers to solve real-world problems.

What You’ll Own
  • Full-Stack Development — Build and maintain product features across both the frontend and backend, taking full ownership of the end-to-end experience.

  • Frontend Architecture — Develop clean, high-performing interfaces using React. Help set frontend standards and continuously raise the quality bar.

  • Product Collaboration — Work closely with engineers and product stakeholders to translate real customer needs into thoughtfully designed solutions.

  • Technical Design — Take part in architecture discussions, contributing to decisions that shape the evolution of our platform.

  • Customer Impact — Engage directly with customers, gathering feedback to inform and guide your work.

  • Feature Ownership — Manage projects from specification through to launch, taking initiative without the need for hand-holding or passing off work.

  • Engineering Excellence — Uphold high standards for code quality, documentation, and reliability.

What You’ll Bring
  • Experience in software engineering, building and deploying production applications

  • Strong proficiency in React, with genuine full-stack capabilities—including backend development

  • Experience with Go, or a willingness to learn it

  • A product-focused mindset—you consider the user experience, not just technical implementation

  • Excellent written communication skills; able to document your own decisions in an async-first team environment

  • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or infrastructure products is a strong plus

About Our Client

This venture backed AI infrastructure company is developing the connectivity layer that enables AI platforms and B2B software to take meaningful action within the systems businesses rely on. The founding team brings experience from Google, Meta, and AWS. The team is small, retention rates are exceptional, and the technical standards are high. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are excited about meaningful ownership and the chance to help shape the future of collaboration between businesses and AI.
