The Role:

This is a full-time role for a Full Stack Engineer at Ergodic AI. 

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for both Back-End and Front-End development tasks. You will work closely with our team to design and implement our platform to meet the needs of our clients and our vision. You will likely work directly with clients to ensure our platform integrates with their stack and business workflows.

As an early stage hire, you will bring technical experience and hands-on development skills to shape our product as we unleash it on the world's most challenging data & AI problems.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Back-End Web Development, Front-End Development, and Full-Stack Development

  • Proficiency in Python Web Frameworks such as (Flask, FastAPI) and exposure to AI, ML and LLM development

  • Comfortable working in a JavaScript/TypeScript environment e.g. React / Next.js / Vercel

  • Basic understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure as code (IaC)

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and deployment processes

  • Experience with software development methodologies and best practices

  • Comfort working in a startup environment (either through experience or desire) where ambiguity is the expectation but the potential to grow is huge

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
