What You'll Do
- Partner with Engineering, Marketing, and Design to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Build and maintain high-performance web applications using React, Next.js, and GraphQL
- Contribute to and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability
- Design and implement backend services and APIs with a focus on reliability and performance
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code aligned with best practices
- Conduct code reviews and mentor peers to elevate engineering standards
- Collaborate closely with UX to deliver intuitive, high-quality user experiences
- Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and SEO
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring a seamless digital experience
- Stay current with emerging technologies and bring forward innovative ideas
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer (or similar role) in a modern web environment
- Strong expertise in React, Next.js, and GraphQL
- Experience building backend services with Node.js, Express, or similar frameworks
- Solid foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong understanding of web performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with Hygraph, Vercel, or similar headless CMS and hosting platforms
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
- Experience with analytics tools, A/B testing, and marketing integrations
