Functional Consultant - Oracle CX (Subscription Management / Sales)

We specialize in on-premises to cloud migrations, configurations, customizations, and integrations of Oracle Cloud for medium to large enterprises in the life sciences, semiconductor, and high-tech manufacturing industries.
Job Title: Functional Consultant - Oracle CX (Subscription Management / Sales)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or support Redwood UX migration activities — assessing classic-to-Redwood readiness, remediating personalizations/customizations, reconfiguring page layouts, and validating functional parity post-migration.
- Configure and manage Oracle Subscription Management including subscription plans, billing schedules, renewals, usage-based billing, entitlements, and integration with Order Management/Revenue Management.
- Configure and support Oracle CX Sales (Sales Cloud) including lead-to-opportunity processes, sales forecasting, territory management, sales workflows, and CX Sales integrations with Service.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional designs and configuration workbooks.
- Perform fit-gap analysis, prepare solution design documents, and drive testing (SIT/UAT) cycles.
- Work with technical teams on integrations (REST/SOAP, OIC), extensions (VBCS, Groovy scripts), and data migration (FBDI/HDL).
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide L2/L3 support for CX modules in scope.
- Stay current with Oracle's quarterly updates and proactively recommend adoption of new Redwood-based features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales Ops, Finance, IT) to ensure CX solutions align with business goals.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in at least two of: Redwood UX Migration, Oracle Subscription Management, Oracle CX Sales.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud CX architecture and quarterly release cycles.
- Experience with Oracle Application Composer, Page Composer, and Redwood App Composer/Visual Builder Studio.
- Familiarity with FBDI/HDL for data loads, and OIC for integrations (preferred).
- Solid understanding of Sales Cloud objects (Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts) and/or Subscription Management entities (Subscriptions, Billing Schedules, Products).
- Experience working on at least one full-cycle Oracle CX implementation or migration project.
- Strong communication skills able to work directly with business stakeholders and translate requirements into solutions.
