Own end-to-end slot game production: turn concepts and math prototypes into compliant, live titles. Design and refine slot math (RTP, volatility, hit rates), lead decentralized creative and engineering teams, manage roadmap and live-ops, analyze player telemetry to optimize features and LTV, and ensure regulatory/distribution readiness.

The Mission

We aren’t looking for a traditional software project manager or a passive corporate coordinator who just tracks tasks on a timeline. We need a "Slot Architect" to command the production roadmap of our gaming pipeline. Your job is to take raw, high-vibe concepts and forge them into world-class, hyper-retentive iGaming titles that capture player attention with surgical precision. This is a remote, high-availability role for a metric-driven gaming purist who understands that building a legendary slot is an exact mix of math, visual psychology, and relentless kinetic flow.

We value execution, deep industry obsession, and a killer product instinct over standard corporate pedigrees. You are a self-proclaimed slots nerd who deconstructs game loops in your spare time and understands exactly what makes a player hit "spin" again. If you have the data-driven rigor to master slot mechanics, the leadership depth to align decentralized creative teams, and the drive to ship high-performing gaming math models, we will give you the sovereignty to pilot our gaming empire.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Game Production: Take absolute ownership of the game development lifecycle—guiding slot titles from raw wireframes and math prototypes to final compliance, deployment, and live-ops tracking.

  • Math & Mechanic Architecture: Collaborate deeply with mathematicians to design, stress-test, and refine volatility profiles, RTP (Return to Player) configurations, and hitting frequencies that drive extreme player retention.

  • Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Direct, inspire, and align a decentralized squad of shared specialists—including slot developers, digital illustrators, kinetic animators, and backend engineers—to maintain a flawless delivery pipeline.

  • Ecosystem Sourcing & Roadmap Management: Maintain an aggressive, highly optimized product delivery schedule, identifying emerging iGaming trends and structural player shifts before they hit the mainstream market.

  • Stakeholder & Compliance Communication: Manage clear technical communication loops with data teams, domain architects, and executive partners, ensuring every title is perfectly positioned for regulatory compliance and maximum distribution leverage.

  • Feature Optimization: Analyze live player behavior, spin telemetry, and revenue metrics with cold, analytical rigor—running real-time product tweaks and mechanic modifications to maximize lifetime value (LTV).

The Requirements
  • The "Gaming Veteran": Proven hands-on game production or product ownership experience strictly within the iGaming or digital gaming ecosystem. You know the structural DNA of a winning slot machine.

  • Math Literacy: A rock-solid understanding of the mathematical fundamentals of slots (including hit rates, bonus triggers, cascading mechanics, and payout distribution logic). You speak numbers as fluently as UI design.

  • Elite Project & People Management: A demonstrated track record of leading complex technical teams and organizing fast-moving delivery pipelines without a single feature or timeline metric slipping through the cracks.

  • Hyper-Availability: This isn't a 9-to-5 corporate track. The global iGaming market operates 24/7/365, and major feature rollouts happen fast. You must be available 7 days a week to handle real-time product anomalies, launch window validation, and urgent updates.

  • Operational Autonomy: Completely self-motivated and highly structured; you can manage massive feature charts and launch schedules from your laptop without any hand-holding.

Operational Details
  • Location: Fully Remote.

  • Schedule: On-call 7 days a week (Requires high flexibility to handle real-time release cycles, data pivots, and global engineering alignment).

  • Payment: All compensation is processed in digital assets (USDC/USDT).

Why Join Us?

We offer more than just a typical product management seat; we offer the keys to an aggressive, high-stakes iGaming production powerhouse.

  • Extreme Strategic Sovereignty: We value raw output and commercial success over bureaucratic red tape. You will have the absolute freedom to design, test, and ship your gaming models your way.

  • Global Canvas: Your slots and game logic will instantly step onto a worldwide stage, commanding the engagement and attention of thousands of active players every single second.

  • A Culture of Pure Momentum: Join an elite team that moves at lightspeed. You will be constantly building, testing fresh gameplay mechanics, and tracking real-world commercial metrics.

  • High-Growth Upside: We value "potential over pedigree." For a Game Product Owner who continuously scales winning titles and maintains an uncompromised shipping record, there is a clear, wide runway to lead our entire gaming and venture organization.

  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, fintech, consumer technology, software
  • Funding Landscape: $50.5 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
