Alice partners with the world’s leading AI labs and GenAI-native companies to help them build safer, more trustworthy models. We’re looking for an Account Executive to lead new customer acquisition and expansion into net new accounts across our GenAI Safety Services portfolio.

In this role, you will own the full sales cycle for new GenAI customers, from first conversation through close, working closely with technical and delivery teams to position Alice as a long-term strategic partner. You’ll engage with senior business, product, research, and safety stakeholders, helping them understand how AI safety, red teaming, and model evaluation programs can support their most critical initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex, consultative sales environments and is excited to sell into fast-moving, frontier-AI organizations.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle for new LLMs and GenAI native customers
  • Engage senior stakeholders across product, research, safety, and leadership functions
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand customer goals, technical context, and risk profiles
  • Position Alice's AI Security & Safety, Red Teaming, Model Evaluation, and Post-Training Data services as strategic solutions
  • Work closely with solutions and delivery teams during pre-sales to scope programs and shape proposals
  • Drive deal strategy, pricing, and negotiations through close
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting

The salary range for this role is $250K - 300K OTE and stock options - Range may vary based on experience. Salary at the time of offer will be commensurate with experience.

Requirements

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise or strategic sales, ideally in AI, ML, security, or technical services
  • Proven track record closing complex, high-value deals with technical customers
  • Experience selling consultative or services-led offerings (vs. transactional SaaS)
  • Strong discovery and stakeholder-management skills
  • Comfort engaging with technical audiences without needing to be hands-on
  • Self-directed, resilient, and comfortable operating in ambiguity
  • Familiarity with GenAI, LLMs, or AI safety concepts is a strong advantage
