In this track at System, you will:
  • Help build and scale the operational, commercial, and organizational systems that support our mission
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and research to drive alignment and execution
  • Bring structure and clarity to ambiguous, high-stakes problems
  • Represent System's values and mission externally with partners, customers, and the public
  • Contribute to a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Help attract, develop, and retain the diverse, world-class team System needs to succeed
The ideal candidate has:
  • 3+ years of experience in their functional area
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • A track record of building or improving systems, processes, or organizations
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving startup environments
  • A genuine passion for System's mission and the PBC model
  • An analytical mindset and familiarity with data-driven decision making
Bonus if you have:
  • Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or health tech
  • Background working at a mission-driven, PBC, or B Corp organization
  • Exposure to complex systems thinking frameworks in a business or organizational context
  • Experience scaling a startup from early stage through growth
