Roles Within This Pipeline

1. City Operations Manager (Hybrid) 

• Focus: Regional leadership, P&L management, strategic planning, and overall market performance.

• Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily city operations, manage cross-functional teams, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and scale market presence while managing local budgets.

2. Warehouse Supervisor (Onsite)

• Focus: Facility management, inventory control, and team leadership.

• Key Responsibilities: Direct daily warehouse operations, enforce safety protocols, manage inventory accuracy, and lead a team of maintenance specialists to meet repair targets.

3. Operations Specialist (Onsite)

• Focus: Execution, process improvement, and day-to-day workflow coordination.

• Key Responsibilities: Execute daily fleet deployment and relocation to match rider demand, conduct battery swaps, basic diagnostics, and field maintenance.

4. Maintenance Specialist (Onsite)

• Focus: Fleet, equipment, and facility upkeep.

• Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repairs, manage vendor relationships, ensure compliance with safety standards, and minimize equipment downtime.

General Qualifications

• Experience: 1–8+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, maintenance, or facility management (level dependent on specific role).

• Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, proficiency with operational software/tools, and data-driven decision-making.

• Leadership: Proven track record of leading teams (required for Manager/Supervisor levels).

• Adaptability: Comfort working in dynamic, hands-on, or field-based environments.
