We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive Business Operations Engineer to join our team. This is a cross-functional role where you'll rotate between different departments, identify operational challenges, and take ownership of solving them.

Rather than simply coordinating between teams, you'll be expected to investigate issues firsthand, design practical solutions, implement process improvements, and build automations that make our business more efficient. You'll work closely with management and operations teams to streamline workflows, create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and develop scalable systems that improve day-to-day operations.

If you enjoy solving complex problems, optimizing processes, and building solutions that have a measurable impact, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Rotate across different business departments to understand workflows and identify operational inefficiencies.

  • Investigate problems uncovered by management and determine their root causes.

  • Design and implement practical, scalable solutions to improve business operations.

  • Build automations and internal tools that eliminate manual work and increase efficiency.

  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for optimized processes.

  • Lead operational improvement projects from problem identification through implementation.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are adopted successfully.

  • Continuously evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements.

What We're Looking ForExcellent at
  • Problem solving and critical thinking.

  • Working collaboratively across teams.

  • Building automations, systems, and scalable business processes.

Good at
  • Mathematics and analytical reasoning.

  • Technology and learning new software/tools quickly.

  • Reading, writing, and documenting processes clearly.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is naturally curious, enjoys tackling complex operational challenges, and is comfortable taking ownership from start to finish. You think like both an operator and a builder - able to quickly understand how a business works, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions that create lasting impact.

This role is similar to a Project Manager in terms of cross-functional collaboration, but with a much stronger emphasis on hands-on problem solving, process design, automation, and execution rather than simply coordinating communication between teams.
