The Genesys Cloud Engineer will design and implement customer experience solutions using Genesys Cloud, focusing on call flows and technical support.

Responsibilities
- Implement Genesys Cloud contact center solutions
- Conduct technical implementation activities from post-sale to support transition
- Develop call flows in Genesys Architect for routing and IVR
- Write and execute test plans
- Demonstrate strong follow-through, ownership & responsibility for assigned tasks
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience with the Genesys Cloud platform
- 3+ years of experience with the contact center solutions
- Experience with applications leveraging APIs, JSON or JavaScript
- Knowledge of change control processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Genesys Cloud CX: Professional Certification
Desired
- Genesys Cloud CX: Architect Certification
- Genesys Cloud CX: Developer Certification
- Genesys Cloud CX: Quality Management Certification
- Knowledge of IP Telephony: Genesys Cloud Edge, AudioCodes, Cisco Gateways, IP Telephones (Polycom, Cisco, etc.)
- Development experience to build apps and integrations leveraging APIs, JSON, and JavaScript
