We are expanding our Marketing and SEO operations and seeking a forward-thinking GEO & AEO Optimization Specialist to help us dominate visibility across Generative Engines, LLM search ecosystems, and AI-driven answer platforms.

Position Summary

We are looking for an innovative and analytical GEO & AEO Optimization Specialist who will lead UltaHost’s visibility strategy across Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).

This role is critical to ensuring that UltaHost is consistently referenced, cited, and surfaced by AI systems such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Bing Copilot, and voice assistants like Siri and Alexa.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in semantic SEO, entity optimization, structured data, and AI search behavior. Your mission will be to ensure UltaHost is recognized as a trusted authority across LLM-generated responses and AI-powered search results.

Key ResponsibilitiesAI Search Optimization (GEO & AEO)
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, blog posts, and knowledge base assets for GEO and AEO visibility.

  • Improve UltaHost’s presence in LLM-generated answers, citations, and AI-selected authoritative responses.

  • Strengthen content authority to position UltaHost as the “preferred answer” in AI systems.

Structured Data & Semantic SEO
  • Implement Schema.org, JSON-LD, and semantic markup to enhance AI interpretability.

  • Develop entity-based optimization strategies across the website.

  • Improve information architecture for better LLM absorption and content clustering.

AI Ecosystem Visibility
  • Develop strategies to increase UltaHost visibility in ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Siri, and other AI/voice assistants.

  • Improve performance in Google AI Overviews, Bing Copilot Answers, Featured Snippets, and zero-click search results.

  • Conduct ongoing audits and experiments to understand how AI models gather and prioritize information.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Workflows
  • Work with SEO, content, engineering, and marketing teams to build an AI-first optimization framework.

  • Guide content creators on GEO/AEO best practices and entity-based writing.

  • Partner with technical teams to implement schema updates, structured data, and algorithm-focused improvements.

Research & Continuous Monitoring
  • Track LLM output patterns, AI ranking signals, and algorithmic updates across generative platforms.

  • Monitor GEO/AEO performance metrics and produce data-driven recommendations.

  • Stay on top of the evolving AI search landscape and propose innovative optimization strategies.

Required QualificationsExperience & Technical Skills
  • Proven experience in GEO, AEO, semantic SEO, entity SEO, or AI search optimization.

  • Strong knowledge of structured data (Schema.org, JSON-LD) and semantic content modeling.

  • Familiarity with LLM ecosystems such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity.

  • Experience optimizing for Featured Snippets, AI Overviews, Direct Answers, and zero-click search.

  • Strong analytical and research skills with a data-driven mindset.

  • Ability to audit content and understand how AI models interpret and surface information.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in hosting, cloud services, or the broader web technology sector.

  • Understanding of vector search, embeddings, and LLM training inputs (plus, not required).

  • Familiarity with NLP-based search systems and entity-based ranking factors.

Soft Skills
  • Excellent English communication skills.

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage complex optimization workflows.
