Position Overview

The Senior Director of Brand, Web, Creative & Digital is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for shaping the visual and digital expression of SecurityScorecard’s brand. This role will unify brand strategy, creative design, and digital experience to deliver a cohesive, high-impact global presence that drives awareness, engagement, and measurable growth.

This leader will oversee brand storytelling, creative direction, web experience, and digital performance, blending artistic vision with analytical rigor to amplify SecurityScorecard’s position as the undisputed leader in cybersecurity and AI-driven supply chain defense.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Leadership & Strategy

  • Define and evolve the global brand strategy, positioning, and messaging to reflect SecurityScorecard’s category leadership in SCDR.
  • Translate complex cybersecurity and AI concepts into bold, clear narratives that resonate with CISOs, risk leaders, and business executives.
  • Lead integrated brand campaigns, corporate storytelling, and executive visibility initiatives that strengthen brand equity and recognition.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels, touchpoints, and internal communications.

Creative Direction & Design Excellence

  • Lead the Creative Studio function, overseeing the design of marketing assets, corporate campaigns, events, videos, infographics, and digital experiences.
  • Establish and maintain brand guidelines, visual identity systems, and design standards across global teams.
  • Drive innovative visual storytelling that elevates SecurityScorecard’s brand perception and emotional connection with audiences.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and People teams to deliver impactful creative assets for demand generation, field marketing, customer advocacy, and internal culture programs.
  • Manage external design and production agencies, ensuring world-class execution that reflects brand integrity and innovation.

Web & Digital Experience

  • Own the global web strategy and experience, including site architecture, UX/UI design, content strategy, SEO, and analytics.
  • Lead the redesign and ongoing optimization of SecurityScorecard.com to deliver frictionless journeys, high conversion rates, and personalized engagement.
  • Integrate web and creative teams to ensure every visual and message aligns with the company’s brand promise and growth objectives.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure digital experiences support the full customer lifecycle — from awareness to retention and advocacy.

Digital Growth & Innovation

  • Lead digital marketing programs including paid media, retargeting, SEO/SEM, and content syndication to drive awareness and pipeline growth.
  • Leverage analytics, A/B testing, and AI-driven insights to continuously improve digital performance.
  • Explore emerging digital and creative technologies (AI design tools, personalization engines, 3D/interactive web) to differentiate SecurityScorecard’s digital experience.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team spanning brand, web, creative, and digital operations.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement across internal and external contributors.
  • Set KPIs and dashboards that measure brand equity, digital performance, creative output, and marketing ROI.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in brand, creative, and digital marketing leadership, preferably within cybersecurity, SaaS, or high-growth technology.
  • Proven success leading brand transformations, web redesigns, and creative teams for global B2B enterprises.
  • Expertise in creative direction, UX/UI, digital strategy, and performance analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to blend creativity with data-driven decision-making to achieve measurable impact.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; strong design sensibility and eye for aesthetics.
  • Experience managing in-house creative teams and external agencies to deliver world-class brand experiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or Business preferred.

The estimated total compensation range for this position is $175,000 - $260,000 (base plus bonus). Actual compensation for the position is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to affordability, skills, qualifications and experience, and may vary from the range. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible for annual performance-based incentive compensation awards and equity, among other company benefits.
