Change Communications Lead in Global Team, E-invoicing (f/m/x)

We're looking for an experienced Change Communications Lead to independently drive change communications for a major global finance e-invoicing transformation programme. This role will shape and deliver the end-to-end change communications strategy, supporting stakeholders across Suppliers, Customers, Segment Operations and MGS (Mars Global Services) teams. The successful candidate will develop a clear, coordinated communications, change and training approach that enables readiness, implementation, adoption and business continuity throughout the programme.

What would be your key responsibilities?

  • Developing and executing the end-to-end change and communications strategy to support programme readiness, implementation, adoption, and business continuity.
  • Conducting stakeholder and audience impact assessments and translating insights into targeted communication and training plans.
  • Creating clear, engaging, and audience-specific communications that explain complex programme, process, and system changes.
  • Defining and maintaining a consistent narrative for the e-invoicing transformation, aligned with broader MGS and MGS Finance strategic messaging.
  • Preparing leadership communications, programme updates, and key stakeholder materials to ensure ongoing engagement and alignment.
  • Building strong relationships across the programme, including PMO, project leads, Segment and MGS stakeholders, and Corporate Affairs teams.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for all change and communications activities related to the programme.
  • Supporting end-user adoption through targeted communications, engagement activities, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Monitoring communication effectiveness and stakeholder engagement, providing regular insights, reporting, and recommendations to programme leadership

What are we looking for?

  • 5+ years of experience in managing change and communications for multiple, complex operational transformation programmes
  • Strong expertise in change impact assessments, stakeholder mapping and communication planning, with the ability to work independently within a project team.
  • Stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to translate complex programme, process and system changes into clear, relevant and engaging messages for different audiences.
  • Experience creating effective multi-channel communications, including emails, SharePoint sites, videos and other digital content.
  • Proactive, curious and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Resilient and comfortable navigating ambiguity, complexity and evolving project priorities.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.

  • Experience leading communications and managing change for finance, technology, process transformation programmes within a complex global organization.
  • Experience with e-invoicing or finance transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working across global teams and multiple regions.
