Micron’s Global Facilities organization supports the planning, construction, and operation of world‑class semiconductor manufacturing facilities across the globe. As part of this team, you will help guide major U.S. Capital Expansion programs, ensuring operational excellence, consistent project controls, and predictable outcomes across some of the industry’s most complex and transformative construction projects.

Responsibilities
  • Provide regional program‑level oversight of project controls—including scheduling, risk, and governance—across multiple large U.S. Capital Expansion construction projects.
  • Lead schedule planning, baseline development, progress tracking, forecasting, and recovery planning to ensure schedule integrity and alignment to program milestones.
  • Perform detailed reviews of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to validate logic, critical paths, dependencies, and alignment to standards.
  • Drive compliance with Global Facilities processes, procedures, documentation requirements, and project controls governance.
  • Lead schedule and risk analysis activities including Monte Carlo simulations, scenario modeling, and quantitative/qualitative risk assessments.
  • Develop and maintain program‑level dashboards, executive reporting, and risk registers, providing clear insights, trends, and recommendations to leadership.
  • Serve as a key interface between engineering, construction, procurement, finance, planning, and BIM teams to ensure coordinated schedule and risk alignment.
  • Conduct audits, health checks, and assurance reviews to identify gaps, improve process maturity, and strengthen project team capabilities.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in project controls supporting large‑scale capital construction programs.
  • 5+ years of program‑level, portfolio‑level, or regional oversight experience.
  • Advanced expertise with Primavera P6 and strong proficiency in schedule management, risk assessment, and project controls standard processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, communicate effectively, and drive alignment across diverse collaborator groups.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with PMIS platforms (e.g., Procore).
  • Experience developing dashboards using Power BI.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Copilot AI and AI agent tools (e.g., DataGrid).
  • Experience with schedule analysis tools such as AcumenFuse or SmartPM.
  • Background in greenfield semiconductor or large industrial construction projects.
