The Team and Role:

As the Global Head of Sales Acceleration, Personal Workspace Solutions (PWS), you will be the commercial engine driving our global sales strategy for Logitech’s industry-leading mice, keyboards, webcams, and tablet product lines.

This pivotal leadership role requires an innovative, execution-focused leader to build and scale robust enablement strategies, accelerating growth through both our Direct Engagement and Channel Go-To-Market (GTM) motions. The ideal candidate brings extensive B2B hardware/technology experience, a proven track record of managing overlay sales teams, and the strategic acumen to elevate our PWS market share globally.

Your Contribution:

Be Yourself. Be Open. Stay Hungry and Humble. Collaborate. Challenge. Decide and just Do. Share our passion for Equality and the Environment. These are the behaviors and values you’ll need for success at Logitech. In this role you will focus on and drive:

Sales Acceleration & Enablement:

  • Drive the PWS GTM Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive, high-velocity sales strategies to accelerate pipeline and drive market share for Logitech’s PWS products globally.

  • Empower the Field: Build scalable sales playbooks, cross-sell motions, and enablement programs that equip our global direct sales and channel partner teams to confidently pitch and close PWS solutions.

  • Act as the PWS Evangelist: Serve as the primary subject matter expert and executive sponsor for PWS at key customer briefings, partner summits, and industry events.

Leadership & Team Management:

  • Lead the Overlay Motion: Manage and inspire a global team of Regional PWS Cross-Sell Specialists (Product Overlay team).

  • Drive Execution: Guide the overlay team in supporting high-value sales activities, unblocking complex deals, and developing strategic relationships with major enterprise customers and channel partners.

  • Performance Management: Monitor global PWS sales metrics, pipeline health, and conversion rates (via CRM/analytics tools), implementing rapid corrective actions to optimize performance and hit revenue targets.

Strategic Cross-Functional Interlock:

  • Bridge Sales and Product: Collaborate deeply with the PWS Business Group (Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing) to align field realities with the product roadmap.

  • Market Intelligence: Leverage a deep understanding of market trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging workspace technologies to influence future product development and positioning.

  • Executive Reporting: Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts, ROI on enablement initiatives, and strategic business plans to the Global Commercial Leadership Team.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

  • Experience: Minimum of 8-10+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership, sales acceleration, or product management within the B2B technology, hardware, or workspace solutions industry.

  • Leadership: A proven track record of leading, mentoring, and scaling high-performing specialist or overlay sales teams globally.

  • Domain Expertise: Extensive knowledge of Personal Workspace technology (peripherals, webcams, etc.), channel dynamics, and the competitive landscape.

  • Strategic Execution: Strong analytical acumen with the ability to translate high-level company objectives into actionable sales strategies and measurable KPIs.

  • Communication: Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional executives and build alignment without direct authority.

  • Technical Proficiency: Deep proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales analytics platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of experience in relatable sales roles.
