NOTE: This is a 12-month fixed-term position initially with potential for extension and conversion.

What You’ll Take On:
  • Supports the Global Mobility team by coordinating all logistical and administrative tasks related to employee relocations. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, along with attention to detail.
  • Discover ways to improve existing processes.
  • Provide Service Delivery & Operational Support.
  • Update the team project list, progress and status updates in Monday Board.
  • Collaborate with internal partners in the context of GM cases.
  • Assist in the vendor invoice reconciliation process.
  • Monitor the GM inbox and help coordinate review of Temporary International Remote Work requests.
  • Create assignment/relocation cases in Equus and other Assignment Management platforms.
  • Maintain Global Mobility internal documents, desk level procedures, intranet site, etc.
  • Set up meetings, manage meeting agenda and track actions for the GM team.
  • Source and post content in the GM Slack Channel.
  • Help maintain and update the GM Intranet Portal.
  • Conduct research and summarize industry insight on relevant GM hot topics.
What You Bring:
  • You are organized with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • An understanding of GM and the lifecycle of international assignments and relocations.
  • The ability to consult with various stakeholders to facilitate internal guidance, resources, checklists etc. for managers, team members, and employees.
  • Effective at executing in a fast paced and high-volume environment.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision while managing and prioritizing multiple tasks and requests.
  • Focused on client engagement, best-in-class and relationship building.
  • Problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional work ethic with a commitment to exceptional employee service.
  • Concise and effective verbal and written communication skills, including ability to convey difficult messages clearly.
  • Ability to maintain complete discretion with sensitive and confidential information.
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience working in a similar Global Mobility role.
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related major.
  • Equus platform experience is a plus
  • Global Mobility Professional Certification is a plus
