The Role
As a Procurement Senior Analyst, you will directly support the department’s goal to deliver high-quality products and services at the best value. Together, the Procurement team will deliver best-in-class procurement support to CAA through year-over-year cost savings, supplier relationship management, and risk mitigation to adapt to CAA’s evolving business needs. The primary focus of this role is to liaise with internal and external stakeholders and is ideal for a candidate with knowledge and interests in negotiations, financial analyses, and project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Analyze spend, contract, and supplier data to identify cost-saving opportunities and risk exposure
- Develop dashboards and reports to support sourcing strategies and decision-making
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including supplier performance, contract compliance, and savings realization
- Support sourcing events such as RFPs, RFPs, and RFIs, including but not limited to documentation preparation, data collection, and bid analyses
- Support bidder evaluation based on pricing, quality, service, and potential contract risk
- Hold teammates accountable for producing meaningful inputs to the monthly reporting package
- Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages in a timely manner
- Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, automation, and reporting tools
Requirements
- Intermediate to advanced analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Experience working with financial models
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and be proactive
- Strong ability to troubleshoot issues and develop solutions
- High level of organizational skills, balanced with the capacity to be flexible for unanticipated situations
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Preferred Skills
Certified Professional of Supply Management (CPSM)
Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 4 – 5 years of relevant supply chain and procurement experience
Location
This role will be based out of our Los Angeles office.
Compensation
The annual base salary for this position is in the range of $95,000 - $111,000. This position is also eligible for benefits and a discretionary bonus. Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
