Job Description

Join the team redefining how the world experiences design.

Hello, g'day, mabuhay, kia ora, 你好, hallo, vítejte!

Thanks for stopping by. We know job hunting can be a little time consuming and you're probably keen to find out what's on offer, so we'll get straight to the point.

Where and how you can work

Our flagship office is in Sydney, Australia, but we've made our way from down under, to a hub in San Francisco, which is now home to our US operations. We offer flexibility in how and where you work. We trust our Canvanauts to choose the balance that empowers them and their team to achieve their goals.

What you’d be doing in this role

Canva's Partnerships org spans Resellers, Alliances, Agencies, and Growth Partners — and it's one of the biggest levers for our Enterprise Growth. But great partnerships don't run on relationships alone. They run on the systems, processes, and data that make every partner interaction faster, cleaner, and more repeatable at scale. That's what this role is about.

This role will be focused on:

  • Owning Canva's Partner Relationship Management platform (currently Allbound) end-to-end — the architecture, partner experience, integrations, and continuous improvement across all four partnership pillars

  • Assessing current workflows and technology to build a longer term roadmap and vision for platform and process as we scale

  • Managing an onshore/offshore deal registration and order processing team — setting the bar for quality, speed, and accuracy, and building the processes that let the team scale without breaking

  • Designing and running critical commercial processes: solutions engagement workflows, partner referral payments, margin and MDF management across the ecosystem

  • Owning the partner agreements and contract operations process — from initial execution through amendments and renewals — in close partnership with Legal and Finance

  • Leading the infrastructure behind Canva's account mapping and lead-sharing motion — making co-sell actionable and measurable

  • Owning the Partnerships forecast: building the model, tracking coverage and conversion, and giving senior leadership a reliable, data-backed view of partner-sourced revenue

  • Building the reporting and insights layer for the Partnerships org — clear, consistent visibility into pipeline, partner performance, revenue attribution, and program health

  • Owning partner enablement infrastructure in partnership with PMM and Enablement: onboarding journeys, training frameworks, and the systems that get new partners to productivity fast and keep existing partners sharp

  • Partnering with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal to ensure partner commercial motions run without friction and escalating early when they don't

  • Shaping overall partner program strategy: tier design, program governance, and the framework that determines how Canva invests in and rewards its partner ecosystem

  • Owning partner pipeline hygiene and governance — ensuring partner opportunities are accurate, up to date, consistently managed, and provide reliable visibility for forecasting, reporting, and partner performance.

  • Establishing partner communications governance — ensuring all customer-facing communications and operational touch points are appropriately positioned, partner-aligned, and reinforce Canva's partner sales motions.

  • Designing and scaling partner renewal operations — building repeatable renewal processes, tooling, and governance that drive predictable renewals, reduce operational effort, and deliver a consistent partner experience across the lifecycle.

You're probably a match if

  • You've built or owned the operations layer for a multi-channel partner program at a SaaS company — you've felt the pain of broken deal registration flows and you know how to fix them for good

  • You're fluent in the partner tech stack: PRM platforms, ecosystem tooling like Crossbeam, and the CRM integrations that make it all work together

  • You're equally comfortable getting into the detail of a payment reconciliation and presenting a data-driven view of program health to senior leadership — and you know which one to prioritise when

  • You can hold operational rigour and strategic thinking at the same time: you know what to standardise now and what to build for scale later

  • You've worked across multiple partner types — resellers, agencies, alliances, or ISVs — and you understand that each motion has its own commercial and operational logic

  • You've managed or mentored a team — including distributed teams — and you know how to set clear expectations, coach on quality, and keep people motivated across time zones

  • You're a strong cross-functional operator who has navigated Finance, Legal, RevOps, and Sales to land shared decisions, and you don't need perfect information to move forward

About the team

This role sits within GTM Ops and is the operational backbone of Canva's Partnerships org — spanning Resellers, Alliances, Agencies, and Growth Partners globally. You'll report into the Head of GTM Ops and work closely with the Partnerships leadership team, GTM Operations, Finance, Sales, and Legal. You'll also direct an onshore/offshore deal registration and order processing team, which means you're not just building the systems — you're accountable for the people running them. As Canva's enterprise motion accelerates, the operational foundation you build here will be a direct input to how fast and how well we can scale the ecosystem.
