Global Program Lead, Client Transformation

Job Description Summary

This individual will be accountable for leading a global multi-disciplined project team to ensure that a successful transition of new client accounts and/or expanded account responsibilities. Role requires client facing programmatic leadership and may include leading other client programs, transformation, or improvement efforts.
Interacting with stakeholders across multiple geographies functions and layers of the organization, this person will provide both hands on support as well as team leadership in the handoff between the solution design and implementation, assessment of risks related to meeting contractual deliverables and the delivery of our best-in-class solutions to each account.

Job Description

  • Provide overall governance and leadership of Transition and Transformation execution thru all phases (BD, Mobilization, Execution, Stabilization, Close Out)
  • Oversee transition resources: manage resource gearing, employee hiring and onboarding, performance management, and support resource growth & development
  • Represent the team in strategic/executive meetings as well as serves as the voice of the team in key meetings/projects, implement key strategic initiatives to achieve the desired outcomes of the Transition Platform
  • Oversee integrated transition for Global Occupier Services accounts (includes matrix oversite for HR, TDS, Finance and Procurement transition execution)
  • Ensure the transition programs achieve maximum efficiency and delivery of services per contractual obligations, manage critical business KPIs associated with successful transition of complex wins
  • Actively participate in the commercial process including pitch, negotiation, and implementation phases of the new client contracts; provide expertise to the business development process, including support to client pitches for significant or strategic accounts
  • Develop transition budgets for client solutions in partnership with commercial team(s)
  • Identify gaps or missing of critical information during the hand off from sales and solution design over to the implementation phase and works to resolve/escalate as appropriate to ensure successful client on boarding and transition
  • Collaborate to ensure a very strong relationship is maintained across GOS functions.
  • Ensure team effectively communicates project plan status, delivers transition process on time and within agreed budget
  • Actively manage risk, act as a point of escalation and solutioning for transition team with internal and external partners as required
  • Collaborate with Strategic OPS, Service Line, Platform and Account Delivery teams to develop and implement a set of processes and tools that provide a consistent and efficient on boarding and transition for new clients and/or expanded accounts
  • Document the key transition success criteria targets and thresholds
  • Ensure the viability of the program plan from the business perspective
  • Ensure the program stays within the boundaries of the success criteria (targets and thresholds)
  • Ensure that organizational change management activities are executed to ensure achievement of customer objectives
  • Perform other related duties as required or requested

Experience

  • BA/BS degree (MBA / advanced degree in business or other applicable, highly desired)
  • General understanding of key Occupier service lines, especially facility management, project management and transaction management. 
  • 15+ years experience working in client facing roles required; an emphasis on Project Management, Transition and Transformation, Mergers & Acquisitions, or outsourcing desired
  • Strong people management experience, including global resource management and demonstrated ability to develop talent
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, other project management software such as MS Project and Smartsheet
  • Understanding of the finance and accounting functions, common best practices/processes and understands business imperatives/functions (e.g. data security, internal controls, etc.)
  • Previous experience and understanding of large, complex outsourcing contracts (including knowledge of compliance and contract administration requirements).

Physical Demands

  • Involves work of a general office nature; typically includes extended periods of sitting and/or operation of a computer for up to 8 hours a day
  • May involve periods of standing, such as operating at a copier/fax/scanner
  • Regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to write and type
  • Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you
  • Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented orally and in writing
  • Ability to communicate information and ideas in writing and orally so others will understand
  • Regularly required to utilize vision abilities, allowing reading of printed material, graphics, and computer displays
  • May require some travel (up to 30%)

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
