About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Global Revenue Enablement Manager to own end-to-end enablement for our US Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. In this role, you’ll be the primary enablement partner for our Business Development (BD), Account Executive (AE), and Account Management (AM) teams.

You’ll focus on the core of what makes enablement work: building strong relationships with sales leaders, designing engaging training programs, and delivering practical, high-impact facilitation. If you love being in front of a room (or screen), coaching reps to succeed, and helping teams adopt modern tools, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
  • Design & Deliver Training: Develop and facilitate engaging, practical training programs, onboarding sessions, and workshops for BDs, AEs, and AMs.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Partner closely with US GTM leaders to understand their team’s skill gaps, top challenges, and daily workflows.
  • Create & Curriculum Develop: Build clear, actionable enablement assets, playbooks, and learning modules that sales reps will actually use.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Product Marketing, Sales Operations, and Global Enablement to translate product updates and GTM strategies into frontline training.
  • Drive Tool & AI Adoption: Help teams integrate modern sales tools and AI capabilities smoothly into their day-to-day routines to make them more effective (not more bogged down).
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years in Revenue/Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or GTM Leadership within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Facilitation & Training Mastery: Proven track record of designing curriculum and delivering live, interactive training sessions that drive real skill adoption.
  • Relationship Builder: Outstanding interpersonal skills with a natural ability to earn trust and buy-in from sales reps and revenue executives alike.
  • Strong Communicator: Ability to break down complex products or sales methodologies into simple, compelling concepts.
  • Execution & Ownership: Highly organized, proactive self-starter who enjoys bringing ideas from concept to completion.
  • Experience integrating AI tools or AI-driven workflows (e.g., Gong, Generative AI, or predictive tech) into sales training and enablement programs a plus

The base salary range for this position is $140K–$150K. This range is applicable to candidates who will perform the job either wholly, or in part, within New York City. Actual salary will be based on qualifications, competencies, and location. If you feel this range is not attractive, we encourage you to let us know through the application process.

Base salary is just one part of the pay package at Riskified. All full-time regular employees receive a bonus target and are eligible to receive stock-based awards. Also, our value proposition goes way beyond compensation: our perks and benefits package, culture, community, and learning and development programs are just some of the elements we provide to bring value to our employees. We invite you to apply at www.riskified.com to learn more about what we have to offer.
