You will:

  • Lead and manage the operations of the Global Talent Acquisition team, ensuring efficient and effective processes and delivery of successful programs.

  • Oversee recruiting coordination, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.

  • Plan and execute recruiting events and programs, both virtual and in-person, to attract top talent.

  • Develop and implement project management strategies to streamline recruitment processes and improve team productivity.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide support throughout the hiring process.

  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the effectiveness of the Global Talent Acquisition team.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

  • Work hybrid in our corporate office in San Francisco.

Your team will:

  • Support the Global Talent Acquisition team in achieving their hiring goals through coordination and scheduling of interviews, batch days, and events.

  • Work on various projects and programs to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.

  • Coordinate and manage recruiting events and programs to attract and engage potential candidates.

  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the Global Talent Acquisition team.

About you:

  • Proven experience in project management, recruiting coordination, and event planning.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

  • Excellent problem-solver, capable of navigating ambiguity and proposing and implementing solutions.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software including Workday, GoodTime, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

  • Previous experience in a leadership role within a Talent Acquisition team.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret recruitment metrics.

  • Experience in a tech or data-driven company.

  • Global coordination experience is a plus.

  • Comfort designing resources and leading trainings for interviewers, hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates.

The approximate annual base compensation range is $93,000 to $140,500. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
