Job Description:
Own and drive Trade Product Management for the North America Portfolio. Own commercialization, lifecycle management, and risk management across portfolio of working capital solutions e.g. Supply Chain Finance and Receivables Finance. Partner closely with Legal, Contract Management, Business Controls, Operations, Fulfillment, Technology, Compliance and Operational Risk, Sales, Credit Risk, and more. Lead cross-functional engagements to own lifecycle of product developments in North America market, translating client and market needs into a value proposition. Partner with Sales/Coverage to support complex deals, structuring, and client pitches, providing product expertise and thought leadership. Embed strong controls and governance into product execution, liaising with stakeholders across the organization.

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in trade finance and working capital solutions

  • Credit & Legal acumen in trade solutions, specifically supply chain finance (payables & receivables)

  • Strong interpersonal skills and solid partnership skills to facilitate interactions at different levels within the organization

  • Ability to influence and drive urgency/actions across functions

  • Effective at identifying risks, owning work streams, and finding path to execution

  • Strong commercial instinct with experience supporting complex deal structuring and client transactions

  • High level of ownership and accountability

  • Bachelors Degree Required

Pay and benefits information

Pay range$126,500.00 - $246,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
