As the GM - EMEA, you will own the end-to-end strategic growth, international expansion, and operational execution for LogicGate across the EMEA region. Leading a multi-functional go-to-market engine in EMEA, you will establish LogicGate as the premier enterprise AI GRC platform in Europe. This position is a pivotal role centered on scaling our international ARR, expanding market share, and cultivating a high-performing regional team grounded in our core values and aligned to company strategy.

What You'll Do

  • Architect International Expansion: Define and execute the strategic blueprint for geographic scale across the UK and Europe, navigating regional market complexities, localized buyer dynamics, and compliance landscapes.
  • Develop and Maintain Strategic Alliances: Partner with global system integrators, advisory firms, and regional channel partners (such as PwC, KPMG, and Crowe) to co-develop robust source-and-influence pipelines that accelerate enterprise market penetration.
  • Cultivate a High-Performance Culture: Act as a critical People Leader to hire, develop, and retain a world-class regional team; championing individual growth through structured feedback, goal alignment in Lattice, and active mentorship aligned to our career journey and competency frameworks.
  • Optimize Customer Success & Retention: Oversee regional customer success functions to deliver exceptional post-sale value, maximize platform adoption, and rigorously mitigate churn within the EMEA customer base.
  • Guide Localized Product Presence: Collaborate closely with global Product and Engineering teams to influence the platform roadmap, ensuring our core platform features align precisely with EMEA regulatory changes and usability needs.
  • Integrate AI Innovation into GTM Strategy: Champion the adoption of LogicGate's cutting-edge AI features (such as automated workflow agents and rapid evidence testing capabilities) to clearly articulate our unique value proposition against traditional GRC tools in market demonstrations. Encourage and model internal usage of AI for acceleration of growth, scale and pace.
What You BringRequirements
  • 10+ years of Enterprise SaaS Cross-functional Executive Leadership: A proven track record as an SVP, VP, or regional GM leading cross-functional GTM organizations within the European market.

  • GRC Industry Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance frameworks, cyber risk environments, or complex enterprise B2B software architectures.
  • Alliance & Channel Strategy: Proven capability to build trust, co-sell, and drive multimillion-dollar pipelines alongside Tier-1 advisory organizations and channel ecosystems.
  • Leadership & Team Development:  Role model for leadership skills, development of others and natural ability to lead cross-functional talent at all levels.

Location: Person must be located in the UK; London is preferred

Nice to have
  • Existing executive-level relationships with major enterprise risk officers and GRC buying networks across the UK and broader EMEA regions.
