Help teams get more from every token.
We’re building the control layer for how modern teams use AI.
Come help us make that work more visible, efficient, and secure.

Join a fast-growing early-stage team where you’ll work closely with founders who have built multiple startups and exceptional principal engineers. Together, we’re launching an innovative AI product that both engineers and CFOs love, in a collaborative and generous environment where the food is delicious and the conversations are hilarious.

Tool stack: Fluency with CRM and outbound tooling, plus AI-forward sales tools.

Who you are
  • An excellent, confident sales professional: You love identifying and reaching the right people and delivering the solution that meets their needs.

  • A creative, tenacious producer: You have a proven track record of doing hard, repetitive things and delivering on your commitments.

  • A client-focused over-communicator: You keep everyone in the loop. You’re personable and authentic, and you build trust quickly.

  • An iterative seller: You balance thoughtfulness with speed to reach the most viable solution for everyone involved. You learn from feedback loops and are excited to keep selling better.

  • Business-minded: You thrive on selling a high-quality product that meets your clients’ needs, and you know how critical you are to the success of the business.

  • Comfortable with early-stage ambiguity: You thrive in a fast-moving, high-agency environment alongside talented, like-minded colleagues.

  • Low ego, high capacity: You’re a low-drama, fast-learning team player who operates with high trust, self-direction, and urgency.

What you’ll do
  • Build the pipeline: Proactively research and identify target lead profiles. Set up systematic, process-driven outreach to generate meetings and build a strong sales funnel.

  • Engage and manage client relationships: Drive initial customer outreach, qualify prospects, and deliver a superior client experience.

  • Experiment and iterate: Test and develop creative outreach channels, marketing strategies, and conference plans.

  • Reach for AI first: Use AI tools every day to optimize and improve your outreach and workflow.

  • Collaborate closely: Work directly with every team member in continuous feedback loops through daily standups, whiteboard sessions, and quick syncs.

  • Wear multiple hats: Partner closely with our co-founders on sales and go-to-market strategy, staying flexible and adaptable as we move quickly.

What we’re looking for
  • Sales experience with enterprise products in tech or adjacent industries.

  • A strong command of outreach and prospecting techniques that cut through the noise.

  • Exceptional communication skills. You speak your clients’ language and enjoy distilling complex technical concepts into terms your audience understands.

  • A proven track record at early-stage startups or in fast-paced product incubation environments where results are the priority.

  • You treat LLMs as a core part of how you work. You’re fluent with AI productivity tools and agents, and comfortable designing prompts that automate and simplify your workflow.

Why join us?
  • Ownership and impact: You’ll be one of our earliest sales and marketing hires, directly contributing to the growth of the business.

  • Zero bureaucracy: No organizational molasses, gratuitously hierarchical approval chains, or micromanaging middle managers.

  • World-class teammates: Work alongside exceptional professionals and repeat startup entrepreneurs who love building useful things that solve real problems.

  • A flexible, trust-based culture: We focus on winning together, and you’ll have the autonomy to do your best work.
