We are searching for a Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineer for a fast-growing, high-performance team. This is a unique hybrid role combining sales engineering, growth, and automation, ideal for candidates who thrive at the intersection of technology, data, and revenue generation.

You will play a critical role in designing and optimizing outbound sales systems, building scalable lead generation pipelines, and supporting revenue teams with technical solutions that drive measurable growth. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals seeking remote GTM roles, growth engineering jobs, or technical sales positions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and optimize outbound sales infrastructure, including email automation, CRM workflows, and prospecting systems.
  • Develop and manage lead generation pipelines using tools like Apollo, Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives to improve conversion rates and pipeline velocity.
  • Design and implement data-driven growth experiments across outbound and inbound channels.
  • Automate repetitive workflows using APIs, no-code/low-code tools, and integrations (e.g., Zapier, Make).
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve outreach effectiveness.
  • Support CRM management, ensuring clean, structured, and scalable data systems.
  • Work closely with marketing and revenue teams to align GTM strategies with business objectives.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, sales operations, or technical SDR roles.
  • Strong understanding of outbound sales, lead generation, and CRM systems.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Clay, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make, APIs) and basic scripting (JavaScript or Python is a plus).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in remote sales or tech environments is highly preferred.
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
