Lead and define the go-to-market strategy for DualBird, building and managing a high-performance GTM team while driving revenue growth and customer engagement.
The summary above was generated by AI

DualBird is building a new class of data acceleration technology that brings hardware-grade performance to the cloud with the simplicity of software. As we move from stealth to market, we’re looking for a VP Go-to-Market to build and lead the company’s commercial foundation — driving how DualBird reaches customers, creates demand, and scales revenue.

The role

This is a senior, high-impact position reporting directly to the CEO. You’ll be responsible for the full go-to-market strategy and execution — across marketing, partnerships, and early sales. You’ll build and lead a team that shapes how the world sees, understands, and adopts DualBird’s technology.

What you’ll do
  • Define and lead DualBird’s GTM and sales strategy — from market entry to scale.

  • Build, hire, and lead a high-performing sales and GTM team (sales, SDR, partnerships, and customer success).

  • Develop DualBird’s sales motion, pipeline strategy, and playbook for enterprise accounts.

  • Drive engagement with target customers, from initial conversations to closing strategic deals.

  • Partner with product and engineering to align roadmap and customer needs.

  • Own revenue forecasts, pipeline health, and sales KPIs.

  • Collaborate with leadership on pricing, packaging, and long-term revenue models.

  • Represent the company externally with customers, partners, and investors.

What you bring
  • 10+ years of experience in go-to-market, marketing, or growth leadership in B2B deep tech, data, or cloud companies.

  • Proven experience building and leading GTM teams in fast-scaling or early-stage environments.

  • A track record of taking new technologies to market — from positioning and brand to commercial execution.

  • Deep understanding of enterprise tech audiences: data, infrastructure, and engineering leaders.

  • Strong strategic thinking paired with operational discipline and clarity.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at both executive and technical levels.

Why DualBird
  • You’ll join at a defining moment — as we transition from stealth to market.

  • You’ll have full ownership to design, lead, and grow DualBird’s GTM engine.

  • You’ll work alongside world-class engineers and product leaders solving one of cloud’s toughest challenges.

If you’re ready to build and lead the go-to-market function for a company redefining the future of data infrastructure, we’d love to meet you.

  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
