Level Access, a leading SaaS accessibility company, is seeking a Go-To-Market (GTM) Systems Architect to join our team. We are looking for a strategic and hands-on person, responsible for the design, architecture, and optimization of the GTM systems ecosystem. This includes platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Gainsight, connected tools, and integration technologies like Celigo and Zapier. Our ideal hire is someone who will possess a deep understanding of GTM business processes and the full customer lifecycle. You will be a bridge between business operations and technical teams to ensure scalable, integrated, and efficient systems.

Key Responsibilities

Systems Architecture & Design

  • Design and maintain scalable, secure, high-performing GTM systems.
  • Lead integration strategy across platforms with managed connections, custom integrations, and iPaaS tools (e.g., Celigo, Zapier).
  • Define and implement architectural standards and system governance.
  • Partner with the data team to ensure clean, validated data flows into the corporate data lake with automated refreshes.
  • Develop solutions that respect system limitations while supporting end-to-end GTM processes.

Business Process Alignment & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business partners during requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution review.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps to translate GTM strategies into system-based solutions.
  • Map and optimize end-to-end GTM system workflows, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Guide and mentor developers and administrators across GTM systems.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Business Systems to align on roadmap, priorities, and execution.

Project & Change Management

  • Lead or support the full scope of business systems projects from implementations and large-scale deployments to fresh integrations and general enhancements.
  • Collaborate with Level Access’ Global Training & Enablement lead to support the creation of enablement content for end users.
  • Ensure documentation, testing, and training are completed for all system changes.

Systems Security

  • Implement scalable access controls that support a functionally diverse user base, align with business needs, and meet security and compliance standards across the GTM tech stack.
  • Conduct regular audits of GTM systems with a focus on SOC compliance, identifying and remediating risks related to data integrity, access controls, and organisational change.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years in systems architecture or business systems roles, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, and integration tools like Celigo or Zapier.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certifications required; additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Sales and Service Cloud Consultant, or Architect tracks) strongly preferred.
  • Certifications in other GTM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Gainsight, Marketo, or Celigo) also preferred.
  • Functional understanding of various AI capabilities (e.g., conversational, agentic, generative) and the potential applications across business systems.
  • Direct experience with post-M&A systems unification a plus.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of GTM processes, including lead-to-revenue and customer lifecycle.
  • Skilled at leading projects and shifting priorities.
  • Clear communicator with experience working with senior management.
Application Process

If you are hardworking and are looking for an opportunity to lead the product strategy for a growing SaaS a11y company, we encourage you to apply for this role! This is a full-time salaried position with a competitive benefits package, including bonus opportunities and unlimited vacation/FTO. Salary is commensurate with experience. Please submit your cover letter and resume for immediate consideration!
