This is a remote position.

We're looking for a Google PPC Specialist who lives and breathes paid search, someone who blends data-driven rigor with strategic thinking to build high-performing lead generation and revenue-driving campaigns on Google. You'll own campaigns end-to-end across both services and ecommerce verticals, pushing performance beyond benchmarks while constantly testing and optimizing what's next. If you've thrived inside an agency managing multiple accounts simultaneously and know the Google Ads ecosystem inside-out, we want to talk.

  1. Plan, build, and manage full-funnel Google Ads campaigns from strategy through execution, including campaign structure, keyword research, targeting, ad copy, bidding, and budget allocation.

  2. Manage Google Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and other relevant Google Ads campaign types.

  3. Analyze CPL, ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, search impression share, CTR, CPC, and attribution data to identify inefficiencies and growth opportunities.

  4. Conduct structured A/B tests across keywords, ad copy, landing pages, audiences, offers, bidding strategies, and campaign structures, turning results into actionable learnings.

  5. Develop compelling search ad copy, messaging angles, and keyword strategies aligned with customer intent and business goals.

  6. Optimize campaigns for qualified lead volume across service-based and ecommerce verticals, integrating lead quality feedback from CRM and sales teams.

  7. Manage and allocate significant ad budgets efficiently, scaling profitable campaigns while maintaining target CPL, CPA, and ROAS goals.

  8. Conduct ongoing keyword research, search term analysis, negative keyword management, competitor research, and account cleanup to maximize campaign efficiency.

  9. Ensure robust conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager setup, GA4 integration, enhanced conversions, offline conversion tracking, and attribution accuracy in coordination with development and analytics teams.

  10. Monitor and optimize landing page performance and collaborate with CRO teams to improve conversion rates and lead quality.

  11. Translate campaign performance into clear, compelling reports for clients or internal stakeholders, highlighting performance trends, insights, and recommended actions.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably in a digital marketing or performance agency.

  2. Proven track record running lead generation campaigns for US-based businesses.

  3. Strong experience managing Google Ads for US home service companies (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, landscaping, pest control, remodeling, etc.).

  4. Experience running campaigns for both US home service and US ecommerce brands is a plus.

  5. Must be able to share Google Ads campaign results, ad examples, or relevant case studies from US home service campaigns you've worked on.

  6. Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Merchant Center.

  7. Strong understanding of keyword research, match types, negative keywords, Quality Score, audience targeting, remarketing, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and attribution.

  8. Advanced experience with Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, and YouTube campaigns.

  9. Strong understanding of lead generation funnels, conversion tracking, offline conversion imports, enhanced conversions, and CRM integrations.

  10. Experience with Google Lead Form Ads and CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Salesforce.

  11. Strong understanding of GA4 and landing page CRO best practices.

  12. Google Ads Certification is required.

  13. Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting, analysis, and performance forecasting.

  14. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

  15. Experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or Microsoft Ads is an advantage.

Benefits

WORK SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION

  1. Full-time remote position.

  2. Must be comfortable working Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours.

  3. Starting rate: USD $4.00 per hour.

  4. Must have a reliable computer/laptop, stable high-speed internet connection, noise-free workspace, and backup internet/power solution to ensure uninterrupted productivity.

REQUIRED FOR APPLICATION

  1. An updated resume with shareable links to Google Ads campaign examples, case studies, or relevant work samples included in the resume.

  2. A brief summary of your experience managing Google Ads for US home service businesses.

  3. 2–5 examples of Google Ads campaigns, ad copy, landing pages, dashboards, or case studies from US home service businesses (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, landscaping, pest control, remodeling, etc.) that you have personally worked on.

  4. Please ensure you have permission to share these materials or remove any confidential client information before submitting.

  5. Include the shareable links in your resume for easy review.
