About GovDash

GovDash is the AI platform to find, win, and manage government contracts.

About the role

We're hiring a field marketer to be GovDash's presence in the Southeast.

The basics
  • GovDash is a single, secure platform for the full contracting lifecycle: discovery, capture, pricing, proposals, and post-award.

  • Our customers won more than $10B in government contracts in 2025. We've raised $42M to scale nationwide.

  • You'll own GovDash's brand on the ground in the Southeast, working shoulder-to-shoulder with sales to drive pipeline and build community presence.

  • The role is intentionally broad. You'll flex across events, content, logistics, partner engagement, and cross-functional work with Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing.

  • Regular travel within the Southeast corridor is expected, along with select national tradeshows.

Why join?
  • Government contracting is a massive, underserved market, and the community is won in person. You'll be the face of GovDash in your region.

  • You own outcomes end-to-end, not just tasks. You run your market.

  • Your work drives real pipeline every month, and you'll see it convert.

  • We're AI-first. You'll use AI tools daily to plan, create, and move faster.

  • Direct line to GTM leadership. What you learn in the field shapes our broader strategy.

What you'll do
  • Own the Southeast pod's event calendar: plan and execute meetups, community events, tradeshows, and partner activations across the corridor.

  • Represent GovDash at GovCon associations, networking groups, and ecosystem events across key Southeast markets.

  • Build and maintain relationships with organizers, partners, and industry leaders.

  • Own event logistics end-to-end: venues, vendors, budgets, shipping, timelines.

  • Capture and edit short-form video content for LinkedIn and field campaigns.

  • Partner tightly with AEs and SDRs on account targeting, event outreach, and post-event follow-up to drive conversion.

  • Surface Southeast market insights, competitive signals, and community feedback to inform GTM strategy.

  • Support cross-functional marketing needs: webinars, campaigns, research, content.

What we're looking for
  • 3 to 6 years in events, community, partnerships, demand gen, or another cross-functional GTM or operations role.

  • Experience in or strong understanding of the GovCon ecosystem, ideally with existing relationships in the Southeast corridor.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to run multiple events at the same time without letting anything slip.

  • Comfort with AI tools for planning, content creation, and operational efficiency.

  • Experience capturing and editing short-form video.

  • Track record running both small events and large tradeshows.

  • Strong collaboration with Sales and SDR teams.

  • Willingness to travel regularly within the Southeast and thrive in dynamic, in-person environments.

The ideal teammate
  • A Swiss Army knife operator who likes wearing multiple hats.

  • Moves fast, stays calm under pressure, and solves problems independently.

  • Enjoys capturing moments and turning them into compelling short-form content.

  • Brings energy to rooms, builds relationships naturally, and elevates the brand.

  • Embraces AI to move faster and amplify output.

  • Thrives on collaboration and being part of a high-velocity team.

  • Driven by mission. Cares about America and her interests.

About the process
  • First call with the Head of Growth

  • Deeper call with a current team member

  • Case study and panel interview to go over it

  • Call with Sean (CEO)

  • Reference checks and offer

Based in the Southeast corridor with regular regional travel.
