About the Role

We’re seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Design Intern to join our Santa Monica office for a hands-on summer internship. You’ll work directly with our two full-time designers (both RISD alumni) to support Arena Club’s fast-paced marketing team. From social ads to email graphics to digital promos, you’ll help design eye-catching assets that reach trading card collectors and hobbyists.

  • Help maintain consistency with Arena Club’s visual identity and brand guidelines
  • Work quickly and flexibly in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Who You Are
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design or related field (Juniors and Seniors preferred)
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator)
  • A strong portfolio showcasing digital design work (school projects welcome)
  • Passion for branding, typography, layout, and creating for digital platforms
 Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience (agency, in-house, or freelance)
  • Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (After Effects a plus)
  • Portfolio that demonstrates strong design fundamentals across digital channels
  • Experience creating assets for social media, email, and digital marketing
  • Excellent sense of typography, color, and layout
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Passion for sports, trading cards, or collectibles
  • Experience working in a fast paced, high growth startup environment

Internship Details

  • Location: Santa Monica, CA (In-Office, 5 Days/Week)
  • Duration: 6–8 Weeks | Summer 2026

The Arena Club Standard

Life at Arena Club isn’t for the faint of heart — and that’s by design. We’re building products and experiences the collectibles world has never seen. This is a proving ground. It demands your best every single day, because anything less means you’re falling behind.

From day one, you’re in the game. Trusted to deliver, expected to own outcomes, and driven to raise the bar higher than you thought possible. We don’t just execute — we innovate, compete, and win together.

If you want routine or predictability, you won’t find it here. But if you’re ambitious, relentless, and hungry to prove yourself on a team built to dominate — step into the arena. You’ll discover growth and reward here, unlike anywhere else.
