Created by industry experts with deep estimating experience, our software dramatically streamlines the pre-construction process. Our solution uses advanced machine learning to automate traditionally time-consuming takeoff tasks, helping estimators work up to 80% faster while reducing costly errors.

Our collaborative platform enables real-time teamwork, instant drawing analysis, and features a revolutionary conversational AI interface that transforms how professionals interact with construction plans. Founded by construction industry veterans, our award-winning application automates the takeoff process, enabling estimators to analyze blueprints in seconds rather than hours or days.

The Role

We’re looking for a full-time, in-house Graphic Designer & Video Editor to own and elevate Togal’s visual identity across the company. This role will report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to create high-quality visual and video assets that support every stage of the customer journey.

This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in craft, and can move comfortably between static design and video editing.

Design & Brand Assets

  • Create and maintain visual assets across the company, including:

    • Website graphics and landing page visuals

    • Sales decks, presentations, and proposal materials

    • Social media graphics and paid ad creative

    • Video thumbnails, event graphics, and one-off marketing assets

  • Ensure consistency with Togal’s brand guidelines while continuing to refine and evolve the visual system

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to translate complex product concepts into clear, compelling visuals for our ICP and end user

Video Editing & Production

  • Edit and produce a wide range of video content, including:

    • Product marketing and feature videos

    • Help center and customer education videos

    • YouTube content and short-form social clips

    • Webinar recordings and virtual event content

  • Add motion graphics, titles, overlays, and light animation as needed

  • Maintain an organized video asset library and ensure videos are optimized for their intended platforms

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Sales, and Customer Success to understand goals and deliver visuals that support business outcomes

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer, video editor, or hybrid creative role (in-house or agency)

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both static design and video editing work

  • Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar

  • Strong visual storytelling skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to take direction, incorporate feedback, and also work independently

Nice to Have

  • Experience creating assets for B2B SaaS or technology companies

  • Familiarity with construction or industrial audiences

  • Basic motion design or animation skills

  • Experience optimizing video for YouTube, LinkedIn, and paid media

Why You’ll Love Working at Togal

  • High ownership role with real influence over how the brand shows up in the world

  • Direct access to leadership and fast feedback loops

  • Opportunity to work across the full lifecycle of a modern SaaS company

  • Remote-friendly culture with a focus on outcomes, not hours

Competitive compensation, benefits, and room to grow as the company scales

We are an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse team. We welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds who are passionate about using technology to transform the construction industry.

Join us in revolutionizing pre-construction estimating with the power of AI!
