Responsibilities
Design visually compelling digital assets aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
Develop graphics for social media, presentations, marketing materials, and web content.
Maintain brand consistency across all visual and digital touchpoints.
Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams on campaigns and initiatives.
Support digital marketing efforts through creative content and visual storytelling.
Create and edit multimedia content (graphics, basic video, promotional visuals).
Contribute to social media and digital engagement strategies.
Revise and iterate designs based on feedback and performance insights.
Manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines.
Stay current with design trends, tools, and digital marketing best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or currently pursuing).
Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar).
Strong understanding of visual design principles and layout composition.
Ability to translate ideas and concepts into engaging visual content.
Comfort working with digital marketing and social media content formats.
Strong attention to detail and visual consistency.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience creating digital marketing or social media graphics.
Basic understanding of branding and marketing strategy.
Familiarity with short-form content and visual engagement techniques.
Experience with basic video editing or motion graphics (a plus).
Understanding of audience-focused design and messaging.
Ability to adapt designs for different platforms and formats.
Portfolio demonstrating creative and visual design work.
Interest in consulting, marketing, or digital strategy environments.
