We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Graphic Designer to develop compelling visual content for digital, print, social media, advertising, branding, and other marketing initiatives. The Graphic Designer will work closely with marketing, communications, and other teams to create designs that effectively communicate the company's brand, products, services, and messaging.

The ideal candidate has strong visual design skills, a good understanding of branding and typography, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create visually engaging designs for digital and print materials.
  • Develop graphics for websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, advertisements, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Design brochures, flyers, posters, banners, business cards, newsletters, promotional materials, and other printed materials.
  • Create and maintain branded templates, layouts, and visual assets.
  • Develop graphics and creative concepts based on project requirements and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, communications, sales, and other departments to understand design needs.
  • Translate concepts, ideas, and written content into effective visual designs.
  • Maintain consistency with company branding, visual identity, typography, color palettes, and design standards.
  • Prepare final artwork for digital publication and print production.
  • Edit and retouch photographs, illustrations, and other visual assets as needed.
  • Resize and adapt creative assets for different platforms, devices, and marketing channels.
  • Review designs for accuracy, quality, consistency, and proper formatting before publication.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and priorities.
  • Incorporate feedback and revisions from managers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Organize and maintain design files, templates, images, fonts, and other creative assets.
  • Research current design trends and identify opportunities to improve the company's visual communications.
  • Work with printers, vendors, photographers, freelancers, and other creative partners when necessary.
  • Assist with special projects, campaigns, events, presentations, and other creative initiatives.
  • Perform other creative and design-related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Previous professional graphic design experience.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, composition, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Proficiency with professional graphic design software.
  • Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret project requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

  • Experience with branding and corporate identity development.
  • Experience with web and email design.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or web design principles.
  • Experience with video editing or motion graphics.
  • Experience with photography and image editing.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools.
  • Experience preparing files for professional printing and production.
