Job Description:

Nextpower is seeking a Senior Manager, Creative to both shape and execute the evolution of our global brand and visual experience. This is a strategic leadership role within the Global Marketing organization — and a hands-on creative role — responsible for elevating and stewarding the Nextpower brand across every touchpoint, from investor communications and product collateral to digital interfaces and campaign assets.

You will operate at the intersection of brand strategy and design execution — rolling up your sleeves to create high-impact visual work while also defining the systems, standards, and direction that scale it globally. This role requires both creative craft and strategic judgment: personally delivering best-in-class design while building the frameworks that integrate brand expression across marketing, product, and software environments.

What You’ll Lead

Brand Stewardship & Creative Direction

  • Own and evolve the Nextpower global brand system, ensuring clarity, consistency, and distinction across all markets.
  • Lead creative development for corporate, investor, product, and campaign initiatives — including shareholder letters, executive presentations, product collateral, social campaigns, and global advertising.
  • Maintain and advance global brand guidelines, templates, iconography, and visual storytelling standards.
  • Elevate the creative bar across all regions while preserving brand integrity and alignment with corporate messaging.

Integrated Marketing & Campaign Creative

  • Oversee creative execution for global campaigns, digital programs, and direct email (ABM) HubSpot initiatives in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Ensure creative assets drive measurable engagement and performance across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Support high-visibility initiatives including product launches, trade events, industry publications, and executive thought leadership.

UI/UX & Digital Experience Integration

  • Partner closely with Software, Product Management, and Engineering teams to align brand expression within digital interfaces.
  • Contribute to UI/UX design systems, ensuring consistency across dashboards, customer portals, web experiences, and digital tools.
  • Bring working knowledge of user flows, interaction design, and digital product aesthetics.
  • Collaborate on Contentful, Vercel, Mux, and related platforms to ensure cohesive brand presence across digital properties.

Creative Operations & Systems

  • Lead design operations across Air and Box, ensuring asset governance, version control, and global accessibility.
  • Establish frameworks for scalable creative production that balance bespoke innovation with efficient templated systems.
  • Interface with media partners and global agencies to deliver consistent, high-quality creative across all placements.
  • Build and mentor design capabilities internally, setting standards for craft, clarity, and execution.

What You Bring

  • 10–15 years of professional design and creative leadership experience, ideally within global B2B, energy, infrastructure, or technology environments.
  • Demonstrated experience leading brand systems at scale across digital and physical channels.
  • Strong portfolio reflecting executive-level creative, digital campaigns, product storytelling, and UI/UX collaboration.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma; experience with motion platforms (After Effects) preferred.
  • Working knowledge of digital product design principles and collaboration with software teams.
  • Experience with CMS platforms (Contentful or similar), marketing automation (HubSpot), digital video platforms (Mux), and asset management systems.
  • Proven ability to operate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Investor Relations, Finance, and Global Marketing.
  • A systems mindset: able to design for scale, governance, and measurable impact. Project Management tool experience is appreciated (e.g. Asana)
