About Us

At RethinkFirst, we are on a mission to inspire and empower educators, behavioral health, and employers with solutions that address some of the biggest challenges today – employee burnout, student mental health, behavioral issues, and the need for effective interventions.

We are seeking a talented content writer with a passion for education and experience in EdTech, Behavioral Health, or Benefits Administration to help us create engaging and impactful content.

Role Overview

RethinkFirst is looking for a versatile Graphic Designer to support high-volume marketing and brand design needs across our lines of business.

This role is ideal for a hands-on designer who enjoys variety, can move quickly, and is comfortable creating polished assets across digital, web, email, advertising, campaign, and brand channels.

The right person will be an experienced design generalist who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and help bring consistency and visual polish to a fast-moving marketing environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Design and produce a wide range of marketing and brand assets, including digital ads, email graphics, landing page visuals, web graphics, social media assets, sales collateral, event materials, presentations, and campaign creative.
  • Support fast-turn production needs while maintaining strong attention to detail, brand consistency, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and overall design quality.
  • Create and adapt design assets across multiple formats, sizes, channels, and business lines.
  • Use and help improve templates, brand systems, and repeatable design processes to support efficient creative production.
  • Partner with marketing and content teams to translate campaign goals, messaging, and stakeholder needs into polished creative assets.
  • Support web and digital design needs, including mockups, landing page visuals, campaign pages, and related marketing experiences.
  • Create or edit basic short-form video, motion, or animated assets as needed for social media, web, email, sales materials, and campaigns.
  • Work within evolving brand guidelines and help bring consistency across marketing materials.
  • Manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Take projects from concept through completion while communicating clearly with stakeholders and meeting deadlines.
Knowledge and Expertise
  • 4+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a marketing, B2B SaaS, healthcare, education, behavioral health, employee benefits, or agency environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Working knowledge of Figma with the ability to create, edit, organize, and adapt digital assets, templates, web mockups, or campaign materials.
  • Experience designing marketing and advertising assets such as paid ads, email graphics, web graphics, landing pages, social media creative, campaign materials, and sales collateral.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, visual hierarchy, brand consistency, and design systems.
  • Ability to work quickly and independently while balancing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholder needs.
  • Comfortable working in an environment where priorities may shift and some projects require quick turnaround.
  • Experience creating or editing short-form video, motion graphics, or animated assets is a plus.
  • Experience with HubSpot, WordPress, Canva, project management tools, or AI-enabled design/content tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with non-design stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable receiving and applying feedback.
  • Portfolio required. Portfolio should include examples of marketing, advertising, digital, web, campaign, brand, or multi-channel design work.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience supporting demand generation, go-to-market, sales, or marketing campaign work.
  • Experience designing for B2B SaaS, healthcare, behavioral health, education, employee benefits, or mission-driven organizations.
  • Experience building or improving templates, brand libraries, or repeatable design systems.
  • Experience working on a small or lean creative/marketing team where designers wear multiple hats.

Benefits:

  • Generous health, dental, & vision benefits package
  • Flexible paid time off
  • 11 paid company holidays
  • 401k + matching
  • Parental leave
  • Access to our award-winning RethinkCare platform supporting neurodiversity in the workplace through parental success, professional resilience, and personal wellbeing
