  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand briefs, clarify requirements, and deliver assets aligned with business needs.

  • Maintain visual consistency across different brands, campaigns, channels, and product communications.

  • Prepare creative assets for different channels, including web, CRM, paid media, product, and internal communications.

  • Manage multiple design requests while balancing quality, speed, and changing priorities.

  • Keep design files, templates, and working assets organized in a clear and consistent way.

  • Take feedback and apply revisions while keeping the final output aligned with the brand and objective.

  • Support creative ad production as part of the wider design workflow.

Qualifications
  • Strong graphic design skills with a good eye for layout, typography, composition, color, and visual hierarchy.

  • A portfolio showing a variety of design work across different styles, formats, products, or campaigns, demonstrating adaptability and creative range.

  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

  • Strong animation skills in Adobe After Effects, with the ability to create motion graphics and animated creative assets.

  • Comfortable using supporting design tools such as Figma.

  • Working knowledge of AI design tools and the ability to use them to support creative exploration, asset creation, and production efficiency.

  • Experience creating digital assets such as banners, promotional visuals, product visuals, campaign assets, and social or ad creatives.

  • Ability to adapt design work across different products, offers, audiences, and visual directions.

  • Good understanding of brand design, marketing design, and creative ad production.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently while balancing quality, speed, and changing priorities.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to understand briefs, ask the right questions, and apply feedback clearly.

  • Organized approach to files, templates, working assets, and task management.

Nice to have
