This role is ideal for a designer who excels at translating dense, information-heavy content into simple, compelling visual storytelling. You bring a strong foundation in editorial and systems design, with the ability to create both one-off assets and repeatable templates that scale across programs.

- Strong experience in visual design, with a focus on editorial and systems-based design approaches
- Experience with designing for enterprise or internal communications programs
- Strong creative instincts and the ability to develop compelling concepts and ideas
- Ability to simplify complex, content-heavy information into clear, effective visual formats
- Proficiency in standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail, particularly around consistency, formatting, and accessibility
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- The offered pay range for this position is $75,000 – 100,000 per year, depending on experience and geographic location.
