Job Description

Design graphic content for the app; format content to optimize visual communication across mediums; design templates for marketing communication of application

Conduct appropriate market research and apply findings to design decisions; understand customer needs, motivations and behaviors, and translate these into actionable deliverables; enhance existing user interface and design new user interface from scratch

Collaborate with marketing team and software engineers to build innovative user experience and user interface designs, focusing on highly intuitive, elegant, user-centric design solutions

Design layout and templates to focus on user experience; develop creative and powerful visual projects by using strong storytelling skills 

Create user interfaces, using front-end code in HTML, CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript to interface with backend code; use advanced CSS techniques in order to solve design issues

Use excellent time-management and prioritization skills to multitask across projects; maintain and archive graphic files (i.e. photos, logos, banners, videos, and other art)

Solve design problems by using a user-centered design process which determines and focuses on user goals and business requirements

Qualifications

The Graphic Designer will help turn business and marketing objectives into successful creative and design strategies. Our ideal candidate for the position will possess a great eye for details, a creative outlook on design, and a proven ability to produce fresh ideas with consistency. The position requires a demonstrated understanding of brand positioning and brand marketing. The ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with a positive attitude is a must.

Must be able to:

Create high-quality, innovative content that engages and entertains diverse audiences

Visualize and take advantage of cross-product marketing opportunities in all areas of content development

Manage multiple priorities and meet corporate requirements, business objectives, corporate guidelines, and schedules
