The Role

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Group Head People Experience & Technology to champion our group-wide HR processes together with our Group CHRO and oversee our HR technology architecture, becoming the industry-leading employer of choice across our markets.

In this unique role you are responsible for shaping and harmonising the Group's HR operating model across our markets. As the primary interface between Group HR, country HR teams and Group IT, this role carries the responsibility to drive alignment on HR process design, standardisation, and platform evolution at Group level. The role holder acts as a trusted peer to country HR Directors, bringing the professional credibility, strategic depth, and operational expertise required to build consensus across countries and ensure that the Workday platform and its integrated systems deliver measurable business value to HR and operations. To ensure end-to-end responsibility, the Group HR Technology team reports directly to this role, enabling direct impact on the further development of our HR systems.

What You Will Own

Business Process Optimisation and Harmonisation

  • Driving Group-wide process and technology standards while protecting country-specific flexibility where necessary
  • Map, analyse, and continuously improve HR processes (e.g. onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and compensation cycles) to maximise efficiency
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable HR system configurations
  • Automate manual HR tasks to free up the country HR teams from repetitive day-to-day activities
  • Develop comprehensive training materials together with the Group L&D Manager and conduct workshops to drive system adoption across the organisation

HR Systems & Technology Management

  • Oversee with your team “Group HR Technology” the HR technology architecture and provide subject matter expertise for Workday, Teamtailor (ATS), and integrated payroll systems
  • Lead system implementations, module deployments, and regular upgrades to ensure optimal performance and employee experience
  • Provide a reliable service according to defined SLA’s with the Country HR teams
  • Troubleshoot system issues, manage user access, and maintain the highest standards of data integrity and security
  • Partner with external vendors to design and maintain seamless integrations between HR systems

People Management

  • Lead, develop and engage the Group HR Technology team of three Workday experts, setting clear objectives, priorities and ways of working
  • Act as a hands-on coach: build Workday and HRIS capability in the team through knowledge sharing, certification paths and targeted upskilling
  • Foster a service-oriented, collaborative culture with the country HR teams and Group IT

Project management & Compliance Integration

  • Oversee and lead projects and initiatives, further maturing the HR landscape
  • Ensure HR systems are complying with local, state, and international labour laws and data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR)

What You Bring

Non-negotiable

  • 7+ years of experience in HRIS management, People Operations and HR Technology
  • Proven track record of optimising complex HR business processes and workflows in a multi-national and European environment
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional process harmonisation and technology initiatives
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into clear business value
  • Deep operational knowledge of HR platforms (Workday strongly preferred) and Application Tracking Systems (Teamtailor preferred)
  • Strong track record of connecting technology implementations directly to operational ROI
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple vendors
  • Understanding of employee regulations across European markets

Strongly preferred

  • Demonstrated experience in designing and executing employee engagement and retention programs backed by data
  • Understanding of HR technology architectures and HR-to-payroll integrations
  • Advanced proficiency in HR data analytics, reporting and KPI definition

You as a person

  • Hands-on, self-sufficient with a pragmatic can-do attitude
  • Naturally curious to improve our employee journey every step of the process
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity in a fast-scaling organisation
  • Collaborative and direct to influence without authority across country teams

What We Offer

  • An opportunity to grow and build a newly implemented HR technology ecosystem across 11 countries
  • A modern technology environment
  • A high-autonomy environment where your proactivity actively shapes the company. We back your career growth with visibility and learning opportunities.
  • A purpose-driven organisation: Our mission is to provide modern, quality dentistry services for the benefit of patients, dentists, colleagues and shareholders, striving for continuous growth and excellence.
