Compensation
Most of what GTM teams do all day isn't selling. It's monotonous work like research, list-building, follow-ups, and data entry - things that should never have been a human job in the first place.
11x is building the AI platform for growth by automating the busywork so GTM teams can focus on what they do best: building relationships and closing deals.
Backed by $75M+ from a16z and Benchmark, headquartered in San Francisco, and trusted by leading teams at Checkr, Xerox, Rillet, and much more. We're hiring ambitious people who want to define how the next generation of companies accelerate growth.
About the RoleAt 11x, we're building the AI workforce that's redefining how companies go to market. Our AI workers run outbound at a scale, speed, and accuracy that's reshaping what good GTM looks like, and we run that motion ourselves every day.
This role sits inside that program. You'll work alongside 11x's AI outbound, owning the high-trust, high-context work that moves real deals forward: live conversations with senior buyers, executive-level discovery, and the kind of relationship-driven outreach that turns interest into pipeline. Phone is your primary instrument.
This role will need to be based in San Francisco, and we have a 5 day in office policy.
- Run live conversations with prospects sourced through 11x's AI outbound, with the goal of qualifying fit and advancing real opportunities
- Own outbound calling into target accounts and senior stakeholders where a live conversation is the right play
- Use signals and intelligence from 11x's AI workers to prioritize who to call and when
- Hand off qualified opportunities to AEs with clean context and strong warm intros
- Partner with marketing and GTM leadership to sharpen messaging and feed call learnings back into the broader motion
- Keep Salesforce clean and your pipeline forecastable
- 1–3 years in a sales role with real pipeline generation experience and a track record of hitting number
- Strong on the phone, you're someone who actually likes live conversations and gets sharper with reps
- Sharp instincts for which accounts and moments warrant a live human conversation
- Strong communicator who can hold their own in executive conversations and run real discovery, not just qualify on a script
- Curious and coachable, especially around complex products, AI tooling, and evolving sales motions
- Genuinely excited to work alongside AI as part of how the job gets done
- Comfortable with ambiguity and the pace of an early-stage company
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS, AI, or selling technical products
- Exposure to mid-market or enterprise customer segments
- Familiarity with modern sales tools (Outreach, Apollo, Salesforce, etc.)
The compensation range for this position will be $80,000 - $100,000 OTE.
