  • Dissect solicitation requirements into granular elements and organize them into structured Excel-based working files.
  • Compare opportunity requirements against historical performance documents, prior PWS and SOW files, and other internal source materials to identify demonstrated capability alignment.
  • Produce gap analyses that help Client Executives understand where Xenith has strong experience alignment and where partnering or other mitigation may be required.
  • Use Excel and AI tools such as ChatGPT to accelerate document mining, requirements extraction, comparison, and artifact development while validating outputs against source documents for accuracy.
  • Locate, compile, and organize source files needed to support capture assessments, including past performance materials, historical contract documents, and related internal records.
  • Support development of competitive analysis inputs, data call responses, Requests for Information, and other pre-proposal Growth artifacts as assigned.
  • Provide structured support for past performance volume development and related proposal inputs when needed, while remaining aligned to the Growth organization.
  • Maintain organized working files and repeatable artifact-development practices that improve capture speed and consistency across pursuits.
  • Attend Growth meetings for awareness of priorities, support requests from Client Executives, and provide responsive execution support across the Growth team.

  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools such as ChatGPT productively and responsibly as part of a document-based workflow.
  • Practical working proficiency in Excel, including the ability to organize data, structure working files, and support repeatable artifact development.
  • Ability to review solicitation and contract-related documents, extract relevant information, and organize findings into clear internal support artifacts.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Problem-solving ability and resourcefulness in locating, compiling, and organizing information from multiple internal sources.
