  • Own the GTM of our enterprise lender partners and drive retention with existing partners, experimenting and scaling effective launch and retention marketing strategies to grow registrations, demos, leads, and brand loyalty with our key lender partners
  • Identify new opportunities and ideas for us to test, measure, and iterate to drive product adoption across our portfolio
  • Craft positioning and messaging to market our products to loan officers, real estate agents, and clients nationwide
  • Develop content that’s simple, polished, and engaging in a variety of formats, including marketing materials like one-pagers and social media templates, customer sales events and industry conferences, emails, and training webinars.
  • Manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders, using your organizational and communication skills to keep everything on track.

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of relevant growth, product, or marketing experience, ideally in a startup environment with advancing responsibilities
  • Experience using data to prioritize growth and product marketing campaigns, measure performance, and guide strategy
  • Experience owning and building in tools including Webflow, HubSpot, Iterable, AirTable, HotJar, Canva, Figma, and more
  • Stellar copywriting skills, with the ability to translate complex products into easy-to-understand, compelling content
  • The ability to prioritize projects based on impact and manage multiple projects at a time.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to confidently manage relationships with cross-functional partners, customers, executives, and external vendors alike
  • An eye for detail and an innate brand sense
  • A four-year college degree; Marketing or Communications major a plus
