The Role
We’re looking for a Growth Associate who is highly detail-oriented, analytically curious, and excited to grow into a strategic performance marketing role.
This is a hands-on role focused on campaign implementation, optimization, reporting, and testing execution across paid channels. You’ll work closely with senior paid media strategists and CRO teams to help improve efficiency, scale, and experimentation velocity across client accounts.
You won’t be thrown into leading client strategy on day one — but you will build the skills to get there.
Over time, this role will flex into more client communication, strategic thinking, and performance ownership as you demonstrate readiness.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with agency or in-house paid media experience who wants structured mentorship and a clear path toward becoming a Paid Media Strategist.

What You’ll Work On
Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Build and launch campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms
- Manage budgets, bids, audience builds, and creative trafficking
- Monitor daily performance and proactively flag issues
- Execute structured A/B tests across creative, audiences, and bidding strategies
- Maintain strong account hygiene and documentation
- Testing & Growth Support
- Assist in building testing plans across:
- Creative formats and messaging
- Audience targeting
- Offer positioning
• Translate performance trends into insights
• Collaborate with CRO teams to align traffic strategy with landing page experiments
• Support hypothesis development and test tracking
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Analyze CAC, CPA, ROAS, and MER trends
- Identify performance drivers and anomalies
- Help turn raw data into actionable insights
- Maintain dashboards and performance documentation
Client Exposure (Growth Track)
- Support senior strategists in client meetings
- Contribute insights to performance reviews
- Gradually take on more client communication responsibilities over time
- Develop confidence presenting data and recommendations
What Success Looks Like
- Campaigns are launched accurately and on time
- Accounts are well-organized and proactively optimized
- Reporting is clear, accurate, and insight-driven
- You develop the ability to identify performance constraints independently
- Within 12–24 months, you’re ready to step into a Strategist-level role
