As the Growth Campaign Manager, you will create and execute sports-themed marketing campaigns to drive user engagement and growth for Crypto.com.

As our Growth Campaign Manager for Sports and Prediction markets, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Crypto.com’s active user base by creating engaging and impactful sports and predictions-themed campaigns that connect with fans across the world and across different sports.
This position combines strategic thinking, creative execution, and analytical rigor. You’ll design and launch campaigns that inspire sports fans to experience the world of crypto — turning moments of engagement into measurable growth.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure every campaign delivers an exceptional user experience, aligns with business objectives, and contributes meaningfully to our growth momentum.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end inbound marketing campaigns that harness the passion of sports communities to increase trading volumes and product adoption.
- Shape campaign materials with compelling copy writing and engaging visuals together with our internal graphic designers
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns towards new and existing clients, primarily with inbound channels, to maximize ROI through compelling incentives
- Analyze campaign performance and extract actionable insights to refine strategies, improve long-term effectiveness.
- Collaborate with CRM, Data Analytics, Product, and Brand teams to ensure consistency and synergy across all user-facing touchpoints.
- Conduct market and audience research to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities within the sports landscape.
- Document and manage operational processes, including legal review, creative delivery, reward fulfillment, and performance tracking.
- Develop scalable frameworks for sports-driven growth and user engagement.
- Continuously optimize the campaign experience through data-backed experimentation and user feedback.
- Manage internal stakeholder communications and ensure campaign execution is timely, compliant, and aligned with objectives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in inbound campaign management and/or sports marketing.
- Strong understanding of growth marketing metrics and data analytics, with hands-on experience in platforms like Tableau, Segment and Databricks.
- Proven ability to translate data insights into creative strategies that resonate with target audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Adaptable and proactive, thriving in fast-paced and evolving environments.
