What You’ll Do
As a Growth Client Sales Executive at Brex, you will play a key role in driving growth by engaging existing customers and developing new business opportunities. In this role, you will combine your sales and relationship-building skills to identify opportunities and implement strategies that recover and grow our share of wallet. You will work with cross-functional teams, learning from experienced professionals across different areas to expand your skills and knowledge.

Where you'll work
This role will be based in our San Francisco, New York City, Seattle, or Salt Lake City office. We are a hybrid environment that combines the energy and connections of being in the office with the benefits and flexibility of working from home. We currently require a minimum of two coordinated days in the office per week, Wednesday and Thursday. Starting February 2, 2026, we will require three days per week in office - Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. As a perk, we also have up to four weeks per year of fully remote work!

Responsibilities

  • Spend Recapture Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute plans to recapture and boost credit card spend among existing customers who have demonstrated higher spending in the past.
  • Drive and Execute Pipeline: Qualify leads and convert them into qualified opportunities; evaluate accounts and design strategic outreach campaigns to build pipeline; increase revenue by securing spend agreements between parties.
  • Customer Engagement: Contact customers via phone, email, and other channels to understand their needs, resolve concerns, and highlight the benefits of increasing their card spend with Brex.
  • Relationship Building: Build and sustain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business objectives, and customize solutions that align with their financial goals.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Use data analysis and customer insights to identify trends and patterns, allowing the creation of personalized offers and targeted communication to recapture spend.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Sales roles within B2B SaaS or Payments
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze customer behavior
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment
  • Coachability and grit, with an interest in growing your sales career

Bonus points

  • Familiarity with financial products, credit cards, and business finance
  • Experience with credit card management, including understanding limits, rewards, and underwriting
  • Knowledge of the competitive landscape, industry trends, and market dynamics
  • Familiar with sales tools like Gong, Salesforce, Outreach, and others
  • Holds a Series 7 license

Compensation
The expected OTE range for this role is USD $122,026 - $152,533. The starting wage will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. The OTE figure listed here includes base salary and commissions, which may or may not be earned depending on performance.  Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
