Salesfinity is building the AI Calling OS for modern revenue teams. Your job is simple:
Make Salesfinity impossible to ignore.
You’ll ship high-volume social content, run viral campaigns, and build a community flywheel that drives inbound demos, hires, and brand gravity.
This is not a “post twice a week” role.
This is a creator + operator role.
Publish 1–3 short-form videos per day (TikTok/Reels/Shorts)
Post 3–5 LinkedIn posts/week (founder + brand)
Turn product features into memorable narratives (not feature dumps)
Create repeatable series (examples: “100 Cold Call Club”, “Cold Call Olympics”, “AI vs SDR” skits)
Launch 1 campaign/week: challenge, leaderboard, parody, collab, giveaway, event, or “drop”
Run content experiments fast: hooks, formats, characters, storytelling, offers
Partner with SDR creators, sales influencers, and customer champions
Help the founder publish consistently with a strong point of view
Turn calls, wins, objections, and customer stories into content that feels real
Capture and edit “in-the-moment” footage (Zoom, calls, office, events)
Get customers posting (leaderboards, shoutouts, “wins”, swag)
Build a recognizable “Salesfinity vibe” people want to join
Commenting and engagement engine (daily)
Track what’s working: views → engagement → clicks → demos
Weekly recap: top performers, learnings, and next week’s bets
In your first 90 days, you should be driving:
Consistent content output (daily, without babysitting)
Noticeable growth in inbound interest (demos, DMs, replies)
Increased qualified social reach (sales leaders/SDRs)
A repeatable cadence of viral series + campaigns
UGC and community participation (customers posting wins)
