About the Growth Equity Team

Norwest’s Growth Equity team works with high growth and profitable businesses (often founder- and management-led) to help them accelerate growth and value. The team focuses across multiple sectors within Enterprise B2B and consumer products and services. We have enjoyed top quartile performance over the past ~15 years by leveraging our differentiated deal origination and value-added partnership model. The majority of our transactions have been proprietary or advantaged deals with limited intermediary involvement.

Our Growth Equity Undergraduate Analyst program provides an excellent training ground to become an investor. Spanning across enterprise and consumer investments, you will learn how to source and evaluate new investment opportunities. We are currently seeking full time analysts and summer interns for 2026. Required graduation date of 2026 or 2027.
