About Datawizz

Datawizz is building the agent workforce. We're a seed-stage team backed by Human Capital (SpaceX, Snowflake, Anduril) building a platform that helps enterprises build and deploy agents with the right permissions, guardrails, and activity logging to actually ship within companies. Early customers are already automating several hours of their workday.

We're hiring people who want to build, not manage. If you want to work on hard problems with a small team that ships, this is the place.

The Role

As our first growth hire, you'll own how Datawizz gets discovered, tried, and adopted. You'll run experiments across channels, build our content engine, launch partnership and affiliate programs, and figure out where our time and dollars drive the most signups and activations. You'll be part marketer, part creator, part analyst, and you'll use our own platform to automate as much of your job as possible.

You will:

  • Become a power user of the platform and turn that into content: Looms, walkthroughs, case studies, and short-form video that drive inbound

  • Run experiments across channels (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, podcasts, paid) to figure out where we get the most bang for our buck, and own growth metrics end-to-end

  • Design and launch our affiliate and creator partnership programs, from picking partners to structuring payouts to tracking attribution

  • Use Datawizz to build agents that automate your own workflows and multiply your leverage

This role is in-office in San Francisco, 5 days a week.

You might be a great fit if you:

  • Have 3–8 years of experience at a startup in growth, marketing, content, or as a founder, or have equivalent output to show for yourself

  • Have gone deep on a product before, whether as a power user, a builder, or someone who couldn't stop tinkering with how something worked

  • Think in numbers and can design an experiment, read the results, and decide what to do next

  • Are comfortable on camera and can explain technical products in a way that clicks

  • Have a portfolio of content you've created, whether that's a Twitter account, a YouTube channel, a blog, a newsletter, or something else entirely

Benefits

  • Competitive salary, based on experience level (Annual compensation range: $50,000 to $500,000)

  • Meaningful equity

  • Opportunity to be a founding member of a growing company
